This proactive Government initiative provides a real opportunity for meaningful research into the reduction of manual handling injuries.

AML’s role throughout this programme would be to co-design technology solutions with the participating businesses, liaise with technology suppliers, implement the suitable technology seamlessly into the workplace, provide project management, change management and logistical support, collect data and produce programme findings.

AML is excited by the prospect of partnering with the Victorian Government and progressive Gippsland businesses in this ground breaking initiative. Added to this is the overwhelmingly positive response by potential participant businesses. When approached by the local AML team in relation to joining the programme, businesses from Lakes Entrance, Wonthaggi, Morwell and Lindenow, all expressed a deep interest in initiatives that would make their workplaces safer and protect their workforce.

This exercise demonstrated businesses in Gippsland recognise the benefits that will go to their staff and their bottom line by embracing new technology and business practices into their production processes.

AML Advisory has steadily increased its local presence in Gippsland since 2017 and sees the region as a great place to live and work.

You’re welcome to contact AML Advisory to discuss your workplace readiness to adopt technology which can reduce risk, increase efficiency and productivity. For the latest updates, please follow us via our AML website and LinkedIn.
